1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Queryflo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Data-Techcon ("we," "us," "our").

2. Description of Service

Queryflo is a SQL learning platform that provides practice challenges, AI-powered feedback, learning guides, and analytics frameworks for business analysts. The Platform uses artificial intelligence ("AI") features powered by Anthropic's Claude API to deliver educational content.

3. User Obligations

• You must be 16 years of age or older to use the Platform.
• You agree not to attempt to access, modify, or extract challenge solution queries or any server-side data not intended for client access.
• You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or copy platform content.
• You agree not to reverse-engineer or resell any part of the Platform or its AI-generated content.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

All Platform content — including SQL challenges, schemas, guides, analytics frameworks, and AI-generated responses — is the intellectual property of Data-Techcon or its licensors. You may use this content for personal educational purposes only. Commercial use, redistribution, or republication is prohibited without written permission.

5. AI Features Disclaimer

AI-generated feedback, code reviews, and SQL suggestions are for educational purposes only. They should not be used as production code without independent review. Data-Techcon makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content. See our AI Ethics Manifesto for our governance commitments.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Data-Techcon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including reliance on AI-generated content.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
